- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper

- 1/3 cup ketchup
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp mustard
Instructions:
- Preheat the Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet or loaf pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- Prepare the Meatloaf:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, eggs, milk, onion, garlic, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and thyme (if using).
- Mix gently with your hands or a spatula until just combined. Avoid overmixing to keep the meatloaf tender.
- Shape the Meatloaf:
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared pan or baking sheet. Shape it into a loaf, smoothing the surface.
